You gotta love what McCain recently said about Obama potentially choosing Supreme Court judges if he were elected — “Apparently, nobody quite fits the bill except for an elite group of activist judges, lawyers, and law professors who think they know wisdom when they see it — and they see it only in each other,” McCain said.

I’ve worked for lawyers for over 25 years and the pervasive attitude amongst lawyers is that they know better than you do what’s best for you.  As a group, I would have to categorize lawyers, and in particular, law professors as elitists, arrogant, condscending people that think they somehow are wiser than ordinary Americans.   Thank goodness that most Americans don’t feel that way about lawyers, who, next to used car salesmen are actually the profession Americans trust the least!

Obama is proof of his “activist” nature when he says stupid, ignorant things like McCain wants to abolish abortion rights!   Obama should tell Americans the truth – that if the Supreme Court were to overturn Roe v. Wade, it would not abolish abortion rights.  Abortion would be handled by the individual states.  And with the exception of Utah, I cannot think of any of the 50 states that want to prevent women from getting abortions.  It becomes a states rights issue, NOT a federal issue.  But Obama and his leftist ilk won’t tell you the truth.  They prefer to lie and distort the truth, because they are “all-knowing and all-seeing.”

Don’t let these charlatans run our country.  That’s one of the main reasons I will be voting for John McCain in November.
